🇨🇦 Beaumont-Hamel Remembrance | July 1 🇨🇦

On Tuesday, July 1st at 11:00 a.m., we will gather at the Penetanguishene Cenotaph to lay a wreath in solemn remembrance of the Battle of Beaumont-Hamel.

This poignant moment in our history honours the courageous Newfoundland soldiers lost on the fields of France in 1916.

As we celebrate Canada Day, let us also reflect — with reverence and unity — on those who gave everything for our freedoms.
